Embrace this day as a fresh start, a step towards a more mindful and joyful you.
MEDITATION FOCUS FOR GRATITUDE: FAMILY
Today, let your heart be filled with gratitude for your family. Reflect on the love, support, and unique bond you share with them. Whether it’s the family you were born into or the one you’ve created, think about the moments of laughter, support, and even the challenges that have brought you closer. Feel thankful for their presence in your life, the lessons they have taught you, and the comfort they provide.
MEDITATION FOCUS FOR FASTING: SELF-DOUBT
As you embrace gratitude for your family, also begin to let go of self-doubt. Recognize that you are enough, just as you are. Observe any thoughts of self-doubt that arise today without judgment, and gently remind yourself of your strengths and capabilities. Each time a self-doubting thought comes to mind, counteract it with a positive affirmation about yourself.
PRACTICE FOR THE DAY
